How Personal Contract Purchase works

With PCP, you pay an agreed deposit followed by monthly instalments. Part of the vehicle’s price is deferred until the end as an optional final payment. Your quotation sets out the term, mileage allowance, interest and total amount payable.

Compare the full cost and contract terms, as well as the monthly payment. Ownership does not transfer unless you pay the optional final payment and satisfy the agreement’s requirements.

Your options at the end

01 / Keep your BYD

Pay the optional final payment and any applicable purchase fee to become the owner.

02 / Return your BYD

Return the car at the end of the agreement, subject to its terms. Excess mileage and damage charges may apply.

03 / Change your BYD

You may part exchange the car, settling the outstanding finance. Any available equity can go towards your next car; equity is not guaranteed.
